Q1: Do you have COD (cash on delivery) mode of payment?

Q2: What is Ealanta's Refund Policy like?

Q3. Is there any option available for customised jewelry? If yes, how to place order for it?

Ans. It will be a pleasure for Ealanta and Team to extend personalised and customised service. To request a customised jewelry you may contact us over whatsapp or email giving your contact details for us to reach you to take the request ahead.

Q4. Are bulk Orders taken by Ealanta?

Ans. Bulk order may be entertained depending on the requirement, volume and time span allowed to execute the order. Please feel free to contact us to help you better in this context. We will be glad to contact you to understand your requirement if your contacts detail are shared.

Q5. Does Ealanta sell only hand made jewelry?

Ans. At Ealanta our primary product line consists of hand made jewelry and home decor artifacts with lot of innovative designs carved out of various mediums which are not available generally like copper wire, polymer clay etc.. However, to suit different taste as requested by some buyers we do showcase jewelry that we outsource as per the market trend.

Q5. Do you deliver all over India and Overseas as well?

Ans. Presently Ealanta delivers all over India only. We will keep our customers informed and updated when there is any further expansion on our delivery coverage area.

Q7. What kind of Thread is used to make the Jewelries?

Ans. Mainly gear wire is used as threading medium thus the chances of breakage is nearly nil until the necklace is really mishandled or ill-treated. For certain designs of jewelry, nylon plastic wires and nylon stretchable wires are used which may not be as strong as gear wires but they are moderately strong and safe until unduly stretched or mishandled or ill maintained.

Q8. Will the jewelries lose their sheen on regular use?

Ans. The products being fashion jewelry and artificial in nature cannot retain the sheen permanently. However, if the jewelries are protected from direct contact of moisture which includes water and perfumes or any other chemical and stored in cool dry box or pouch after wiping them clean post usage, the sheen and color will remain intact for a longer period of time. The copper wire items are treated with special chemical solution that will help delay oxidation and thereby retain the sheen for a longer period. Glass bead, semi precious stone beads are less vulnerable in this respect. There is no assurance of sheen and color retention of raw materials used for alloy/metal hooks, and other jewelry findings even for the best of quality as they are outsourced.

Q9. Can Home decor items be ordered with customisation?

Ans. At this point we are not able to promise customisation on Home decor items. However, please feel free to contact Ealanta to give us an opportunity to understand your requirement, if we can help. Q10. What is the time frame of delivery post placing order?

Ans: After the order comes through it is dispatched within 3 working days max. Post dispatch delivery may take 2-7 working days depending on the pincode. Within Bengaluru city it takes 2-3 working days and out of Bengaluru city 3-7 working days.
