Ealanta.store is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We dispatch your order within 3 working days after the order is received by us. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches in good condition and in shortest time span we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Speed post.

How the delivery charge is calculated?

The shipping charge is fixed and specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders e.g. two products is charged the total of two individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by customer at the time of placing the order through an email. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days from dispatch date. Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order through our logistics partners like Bluedart, Delhivery etc to name a few.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

We ensure dispatch of products in good condition. However, if you receive a tampered or damaged packet while delivery, please refuse to accept the same and return it to the delivery person on spot. Also, please contact us through whats app number 9986193744 OR email us at ealantastore@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID immediately or latest within 24 hours of return. After we receive the package back, post inspection of the same, We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost if there is stock of same item left with us. In case of no stock available a full refund including the shipping charges will be issued.

However, if a package is delivered in good condition there would not be a situation of damaged product inside as we ensure dispatch of ordered products in good and proper condition.
